Ariana Hernandez
Ariana Hernandez is a high school Biology and Integrated Science teacher, EduProtocols faculty member, and IACUE Emerging Teacher of the Year (2022–23). With a B.S. in Environmental Science, a Master’s in Education, and experience teaching middle and high school, she blends NGSS, EduProtocols, and a data-driven mindset to create engaging, student-centered lessons. Ariana has presented at NSTA and CASE, served on Hesperia USD’s Impact Team, and helped lead iEXPO. A Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, she approaches learning like training—intentional, measurable, and growth-focused—helping students build critical thinking and scientific habits for a rapidly changing world.

Christina Miramontes
Christina Miramontes is a veteran Southern California educator with over 20 years of experience, specializing in middle school science and NGSS implementation. She spent a decade as part of California’s NGSS Early Implementer Initiative, co-developed professional development with WestEd and K–12 Alliance, and contributed to state curriculum review. Christina has presented at CASE, CUE, NSTA, and ASU+GSV, often highlighting EduProtocols, AI literacy, and student-centered learning. In her classroom, she integrates gamified technology and AI tools to foster agency, data literacy, and collaboration, with the goal of empowering students to lead their own learning and preparing them for the future.
